Outpatient Operations Manager
Current-Oversee administrative operations across two community mental health clinics and six behavioral health programs in the Southern Oregon region.-Supervise clinical and administrative departments. Including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, evaluating, and termination of employees. -Design, implement, oversee, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives for better quality of client care. -Facilitate program development, implementation, evaluation, and monitor on-going operations. -Serves on the DEIJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice) Committee and Language Access Committee. Participates in alignment of organization standards with CLAS Standards, set by the US Department of Health & Human Services to move the organization towards health equity practices. -Constructs and participates in Employee Resource and Peer Groups (LGBTQIA+ Resource Group, Employees Against White Supremacy Resource Group, and Support without Stigma Peer Group). Building community and providing feedback to the organization to help improve inclusive practices.
