Current• Built the online shopping website/platform using HTML5 and JavaScript.• Using Google Analytics’ Stacks dashboard to: - Track how users are using the website, from time on-page to the most viewed pages, - Track our social media performance, - Promote the sales/ads and measure ROI on ads, - Determine the target demographics for business, - Identify most & least sellable products, etc.• Managing social media accounts and using the Facebook business manager analytics to measure the business’ social media presence.• Managing current wholesalers and ordering the stock based on quality and cost.• Managing a continuous CRM process that includes: - 24/7 support through integrated chatbox on the website or automated responses on Facebook, - Marketing weekly, monthly, and flash sales through Emails, Facebook ads & Google Ad words, - Recording sales and ensuring products are always in stock, - Automating emails containing review link, etc.• Integrating and managing payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, After Pay, and Google Pay.- Interact with customers when delivering plants.- Handling customer concerns and enquires.
