A consultancy practice providing strategic advice and advocacy for a regional organisations to support economic growth and sustainability.Speciality in stakeholder engagement, government relations and business development opportunities.Key projects included: • Riverina and Murray Joint Organisation and Far West Joint Organisation (RAMJO) Worked across 15 Local Government Areas to investigate opportunities for cross-border collaboration with local government councils in Victoria and NSW with a focus on engagement events including conferences, workshops and Ministerial roundtables. • Colliers Australia Working as a Government Advisor, I provided strategic advice for identifying, introducing and managing key local government stakeholders; and tactical support for developing a regional profile, meeting briefs and leading advocacy initiatives to deliver on key infrastructure priorities for councils. • NSW Public Policy Institute (PPI) Managed the NSW PPI transition to an incorporated entity with governance and administrative structures. • Canberra Raiders Group Provided strategic advice for engagement with regional communities to build the profile and establish a presence of the Canberra Raiders across NSW – South East, Riverina, Murray, and Central West regions.Facilitated meetings with both Federal and State Ministers, Local Members and senior Government staff to discuss regional opportunities and long-term strategic partnerships with the Club.

Established by the Gillard government, the network continues to be instrumental in shaping policy agendas that support the growth, prosperity and health of Regional Australia. As the inaugural CEO I held responsibility for establishing the financial and operating structures and delivering on the Orana Regional Strategy. Designed to support economic development, jobs creation, skills development, and business investment it also supported the inclusion of environmental solutions to ensure ongoing sustainability.
