Whether energy bars, flour, cereals or munchies, they do get the best out of the barley!The TSAMPA Energy Bars are referenced at top organic retailers in Germany like Alnatura, Basic, BioCompany and LPG.As there was a need for a new business plan and more analytical information based on historic sales, I :- Created financial models corresponding to different business scenarios and prepared 3-year financial projections to support the planned business plan - Developed and implemented reporting tools to build activity reports for the CEO (to be presented to the actual investor)- Identified and created key operational and financial performance indicators for monthly and more strategic analysis (business plan, pitch deck)- Compiled commercial and financial data collected over the last 18 months in a database form and performed modelization and analysis on Power BI and Power Query
