As the District Registrar I am responsible for the registration of all new students and transfer of all leaving students within our school's Student Management System (SMS) or Student Information System (SIS). I coordinate with other departments to ensure things such as lunch accounts, transportation, and schedules are issued in a timely manner. As the District Data Specialist I input and analyze all student data and report this to New York State (NYS) through the Student Information Repository System (SIRS). I am constantly updating and checking this for accuracy. I often work closely with other departments within the school to ensure that we are reporting the most accurate and clean data as possible. This data is extracted by NYS for grant and funding purposes.In addition I also admin the parent and student portals (Grades, attendance, and report cards are in these portals), as well as our mass communication system (Posts, emails, texts, and calls are sent using this for spreading information about events, school closings, and delays).

As a Residential Counselor I worked directly on the dorms with residential students daily. I provided mental health supports and life-skills to residents. I also conducted groups for students such as anger management, relationship skills, and coping skills. I switched roles in February of 2022 to Recreation Supervisor. I supervised daily operations of the fitness center, gymnasium, and recreation hall. I also planned and coordinated off-center recreational trips such as hikes, shopping, and movies. During my time at this organization I ensured that all state and center specific COVID-19 protocols were being followed.

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for the Community School Based Behavioral Health (CSBBH) Program in the Wayne Highlands School District. Provides behavioral interventions, support, and case management services to students K-12.

I visit various schools within Wayne County and participate in their Student Assistance Program (SAP) meetings. I then help refer students and their families to the appropriate services within the school and within the community.

Make sure that customers enjoy their dining experience, and cater to each individual customer's needs.

Made sure that rooms were cleaned properly as well as supervised younger housekeepers and checked over their work.

Student Ambassador. Make phone calls, enter data, and give generalized and personalized tours to prospective students.

Miscellaneous office work and filing.

Sold movie tickets in the box office, worked the cash register in the concession stand, up sold customers, took tickets, started movies, and cleaned the theaters. Also assisted with large groups and camps, kept everyone calm and made sure that all parties were content.
