Worked with Assistant United States Attorneys to provide litigation outcome assessments and deposition research for Federal Tort Claims Act cases in U.S. district courts; observed hearings and depositions. Drafted trial motions for Equal Employment Opportunity claims against DHHS and sub-agencies. Reviewed government contract novation proposals; researched Comptroller General decisions and drafted memoranda on issues raised in bid protests.
