As a Marketing major at Auburn University, I have realized my passion for Event Management through marketing events. I thoroughly enjoy starting projects from the ground up and seeing them into fruition. In my experience in Event Management, I have brainstormed ideas for new events and coordinated everything from speakers, music, food, games, etc. I am currently seeking positions in Marketing or Event Management.Strengths Themes: 1. Restorative- I am adept to dealing with problems. I can identify a problem and a way to fix it. 2. Communication- Starting a conversation with someone I don't know comes easily for me. I do not tend to struggle with putting my thoughts into words. 3. Strategic- I find joy in finding the best way to navigate a situation or to solve a problem when others may see an impossible, cluttered situation. 4. Achiever- I am detail oriented and task driven. I am constantly looking for a new project, a new task, a problem that needs to be solved, etc. 5. Activator- I am not one to wait around for a task to be done. As soon as a task is discussed and decide upon, I am ready to "get the ball rolling."In essence, I thrive in finding ways to eliminate problems and working until I know that the problem has been solved, but all the while communicating how I am strategically planning to execute a task.
