For the last 25 years, I have been contributing to various projects, local and national in scope. It has provided me with a working knowledge of public, private and non profit sector organizations.As an independant consultant in the past few years, I have been offering services in the field of project management, change management as well as in connected fields of expertise such as communications, workshop and meeting facilitation and conference planning. I am fully bilingual.My present clients are the Fédération des aînées et aînés francophones du Canada and the Fédération canadienne pour l'alphabétisation en français.Past clients include : Royal Canadian Mounted Police, International Development Research Centre, Justice Canada, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and Centre for family literacy.Products include : The production of a French Literacy Magazine called À lire, the development of a web site for intergenerationnal projects called Generaction, the development of worshops on mentoring and also intergenerational workshops and Strategic planning.

• Provided FCAF’ Director General and members with strategic advice on matters regarding Family Literacy. • Provided political advice and issue analysis to the Director General of FCAF on issues pertaining to Family Literacy.

• Managed FCAF’s Conference series project For Clearer Communications. This series of 11 conferences was offered throughout Canada in French and English. The mandate was to complete the project which had started in 2002. It involved organization, promotion, recruitment of participants, the translation of official documents, the updating of the conference web site and writing of a final report for all the activities related to this project. • Developed electoral and post-electoral communication strategies for the French Literacy movement in Canada for the FCAF.• Worked on the development of a business plan for FCAF’s small business enterprise called Communicateurs Efficaces.- Grant proposal writing.

• Training team lead for the FIRMS project at Health Canada (HC). The mandate was to update the SAP 4.0 system to SAP 4.7. In charge of a team of 13 persons responsible for the development of training material, of training HC personnel and of documenting the updated business processes. 1300 persons were trained throughout Canada.Independant consultant for the firm Mentor whom later was integrated to CGI.

• Managed a project which consisted in revising the remuneration policies and in the evaluation of job profiles with the objective of harmonizing a newly acquired Toronto insurance firm by the Groupe Desjardins Assurances Générales (GDAG), with GDAG’s head office branch operations. This project involved the coordination of two work teams, one in Quebec City and the other in Toronto.

Involved with change management and process documentation for SAP implementation.Consultant with AGTI consulting in Montreal now defunct and part of CGI.

• Facilitated workshops in work process documentation and definition for the implementation of an SAP system at Les productions JPL (Réseau TVA).• Coached production directors for Les Productions JPL (Réseau TVA) in the use of the project management module of the SAP system.

- Responsible for the dance section.- Responsible for the music section for an interim period.- Represented the arts promotion abroad program of the Department of External Affairs at conferences. Represented touring projects at their consultative committee.- Reviewed and analysed touring project proposals to be submitted to the consultative committee.- Worked at the development of databases and billing sytem.
