May-Aug 2020In the Aerostructures branch, I researched and developed a test matrix and test plans for adhesive bonded fasteners testing in flight conditions. Created a user-friendly MATLAB app to correct for apparent strain and other corrections made to raw strain gage test data and perform a rosette analysis.May-June 2019In the Aerostructures branch, I assisted Flight loads lab test team. Created test plans for flight loads test supports and measurement devices. Collaborated on flight loads test spreadsheet.May-Dec 2018In the Flight Instrumentation and System Integration branch, I worked on the X-59 QueSST project and the Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy project. Created and performed test plans for a network based data collection system. Created and managed diagrams of sensor locations for the X-59 QueSST, while collaborating with various branches. Designed a controller environmental test box for the Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy. Contributed various solutions and critiques for the X-59 QueSST.

Vehicle Performance Development 1Designed and conducted experiments. Assisted with prototype vehicle evaluations. Analyzed data and presented reports to upper management. Planned and analyzed customer survey and organized vehicle evaluations.

Designed tooling for various welding machines, including laser, vibration, spin, and hot plate using Solidworks. Solved problems that arose with other projects. Automated a low force Mini vibration welder process. Created drawings of Solidworks models. Worked with suppliers to manufacture plates and models.
