I specialize in Asian cooking and Pastry arts, as well as recipe development and culinary instruction. I started to have a passion for the Culinary Industry since I was six years old and haven't looked back. I graduated from The State University of Cobleskill, studying Culinary Arts Management in summer 2022. In 2023, I studied abroad in Tokyo, Japan learning a wide variety of skills in east Asian cooking as well as studying the Japanese language to the N5 level. I have experience in working in a professional kitchen as well as have skills in customer service, management, and marketing. I want to continue working as a chef and grow my skills.
