Hair Packaging Development (Regional MPD)- Deliver end-to-end executional excellence in Packaging development procedural work (Injection Molded parts) in Haircare portfolio- Lead supply chain synchronization & savings initiatives with multifunctional team- Ensure supply assurance by ensuring technical readiness- Summarise data generated to drive project direction, troubleshoot issues, and direct manufacturing processes.

Dish Process MPD/Formulation- Deliver end-to-end executional excellence in Process/Product design procedural work (incl. product preparation, stability testing, scaling up) to provide foundational understanding and capability for team- Plan and lead execution of large complex studies with multifunctional team for APAC & NA initiaitive launches- Supports and ensures continuous raw material supply & competitiveness; enabling productivity, manufacturing excellence & cost savings- Summarise tests results independently and documenting in-depth observations- Establish validation (ie. IQOQPQ protocols) in labs, pilot plants and manufacturing plants

- Report all SAE events to GPV according to SOP within timeline- Resolve open queries with MT from corporate and GPV- Prepare and distribute of DIL package- Management of generic mailbox and fax lines- Ensure appropriate and timely filing and tracking of documents- Setup files and document management systems upon study start up- Prepare documents needed for SSV and SIV- Process financial invoices for each investigation site- Archive documents upon study closure

- Planning, conducting and reporting lab research pertaining to TisXell- Provide training, support and in all laboratory work- Research, evaluate, selects and implements system which improve efficiency of lab operations- Maintain safety awareness and practice in the laboratory- Make sure lab is in audit-ready state at all time- Ensure basic calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment- Manage lab inventory- Quality checks on TisXell system before sending out to customer- Other adhoc duties by bosses

- Scanning of hardcopy clinical reports- Maintain and upkeep hardcopy clinical reports- Uploading of documents using e-system (Documentum)

- Migration of all documents from SAP to Agile system- Processing of documents using e-system (Agile system)- Maintain and upkeep hardcopy controlled documents Document and control different process documents- Issuing of controlled document to production area by performing one to one exchange- Obsolete documents that are no longer in use- Assist in FDA audit preparation by printing, filing and labelling required documents
