I joined the service industry in 2012 as a server at a small restaurant in Arlington. From there, I worked my way around DFW as a server at restaurants like Fox & Hound, World of Beer, and King Crab. In 2016, I began opening Tortaco concepts around Fort Worth and Dallas. In November of 2016, I found my home in Burleson, TX at Old Texas Brewing Company where I learned to bartend and become a leader. I built personal and professional relationships that will stay with me. I spent 5 years there until August of 2021. I was then offered a position bartending at Jake's in downtown Fort Worth. I also took on a bartending position in January of 2022 at Dickies Arena for the Stock Show & Rodeo. I worked both jobs until July of 2022 when I decided to end my job at Jake's and pursue a full time Suites Supervisor position at Dickies Arena! Since then, I have gained management experience from a few restaurants and then made the jump into Event Planning! I am currently seeking a role in events or stadium operations as this is my ultimate career goal!
