I am a Behavioral Technician for children with autism and other diagnoses. I work with children who are characterized as “high behavior”

I sort clothes by style, size, and color. I help guests plan, assemble, and create styles that fit their needs, function, and their own style. I keep 2-4 areas organized, maintained, shop-able, and clean all while helping each guest to the best of my abilities. I sort every piece by style, shape, and cut into 10 separate areas while assisting guests into fitting rooms. While helping them decide which pieces look the best on them and will work with other pieces they have at home, along side grabbing new sizes, new pieces and helping build an outfit.

I help guests find outfits and styles while maintaining and updating 4-7 separate areas at once. I also sort each piece into its area while helping guest in the fitting room find pieces that match their style and look best on them. I audit the sales floor along with setting POG and updating back room numbers/items. I also pick, pack, process, and sort ship to store items. Along with being able to handle cash, checks and card sales in a quick and timely manner while also being able to process and promote sale of credit/debit cards and being able to process returns. I have also sorted, unloaded, and pushed truck inventory.
