I am a young, home schooling mother of three active children. Like other young moms, I am learning how to take care of my kids and help my husband in the most beneficial and healthful way I can. I have found some wonderful ways to help my family to live a healthier life. My passion is to serve my Lord in the local church by serving others. I also am passionate about sharing a lifestyle of health and wellness with those I am privileged to meet.
