As a Senior ELC member, I will work alongside first-year consultants as well as returning consultants to be a liaison and ambassador for Alpha Omicron Pi. I will work on providing resources to collegiate chapters and members. Visiting both virtually and in-person collegiate chapters throughout the United States and Canada. Working on programming and reporting; training and assistance in recruitment and chapter leadership/management, and development of collegiate members, officers, and chapters as a whole. Working in partnership with Network teams and headquarters staff we have implemented and executed chapter development efforts; directed, taught, advised, and continue to consult with chapter members in areas of recruitment, chapter operations, retention, and alumnae development.

At the Community After School Program (CASP) I operated and developed a physical activity and nutrition program that serves over 50 children daily. The “Be Fit Club” included 30 minutes of physical activity along with weekly nutritional lessons. Utilizing age-appropriate games, equipment and other techniques I enhanced fine and large motor skills for the youth in the program. The "Be Fit Club" was fun, interactive and inclusive.

Served as a marketing intern that collaborated with American Fiedelity's internal marketing and external advertising team in all stages of campaign development. Developed, expanded and maintained multiple marketing channels by utilizing and acquiring new marketing skills and knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, gained broader experiences in marketing in preparation to enter the work environment.
