- Conduct meeting with clients to discuss the mood-board and location of the photoshoot- Set up the appropriate lighting, equipment and property for the photoshoot- Photograph & direct models / clients during the shoot- Review and utilize software (Adobe Lightroom) for image editing to ensure that they match the intended purpose - Deliver final products to clients on time

- Plan, design & execute company’s website- Building & maintaining company’s online presence- Collaborate with internal team & executive leaders to create landing pages- Plan & propose new growth strategies through marketing

- Part of Crown Casual Staffing (CCS)- FOH at Crown Melbourne’s bars, premium & casual restaurants- F&B service professional in Crown Melbourne’s events & conferences (banquets)- Provide responsible service of alcohol

- Research, collect & analyse informations on products (fresh and frozen whole chicken) & the global market conditions - Track and forecast industry marketing & sales trends- Identify potential export destination - Propose new product packaging for Japfa’s products (Japfa Best Ayam ULU, Japfa Best Frozen Whole Chicken & So Good Ayam Potong)- Propose new target market & advertising medium- Deliver weekly reports and presentations to executive leadership

- Provide timely response to all purchase request- Finalise purchase details and conduct purchase activities based on request submitted by sales & inventory dept.- Research & evaluate prospective domestic & international suppliers- Evaluate & negotiate contracts with international vendors to ensure that all purchases comply with the company’s standards- Maintain positive relationship with suppliers- Manage stock inventory & restock products when needed- Research, review, compare & analyse products to be purchased- Conduct complete checking for incoming goods- Review all supporting documents such as Mill, WRAS, NSF, WIS & STP Test Certificate for all products to be purchased- Update supplier information - new products, product drawings & certificates, location, delivery times & pricing

- Provide assistance and support to the sales department - Create marketing materials such as product presentations, company profile, email signatures, business cards & social media contents
