Assistant Guides must keep the environment in order, which allows children and the Lead to succeed. Assistant Guides must also protect the lesson so that when a lesson is being presented by a Lead to a child, Assistant Guides help by steering children and other interruptions away for the length of that lesson.

Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by management. Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service. Establishes professional and friendly rapport with customers by responding quickly and accurately to all inquiries regarding account activity, tag fulfillment, and standard violation resolution. Maintains PCI compliance as it relates to collecting and processing payments with credit card and/or banking information. Reconciles payments, toll tags, and prepares end-of-day reports as specified per section. Builds expert and dynamic knowledge of HCTRA products and services; keeps abreast of all procedural and product updates and implementing as directed

Welcome customers and keep the store neat, clean and organized at all times. Promote products and encourage team members to do the same. Listen to customers and observe non-verbal cues to anticipate service needs. Offer product suggestions and add on additional items when engaging with customers. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and pride while executing tasks and processes. Maintain a clean and safe environment that prevents loss and minimizes risk. Keep product and visual elements maintained on the sales floor. Return items from the fitting room to the sales floor. Understand and follow all company-defined policies and procedures.

Identify associate theft and assist with internal investigations at the direction of Loss Prevention Manager, Loss Prevention Supervisor, District Loss Prevention Manager, and or Regional Loss Prevention Manager. Recover assets and / or make safe apprehensions following company apprehension policies. Complete all necessary Loss Prevention documentation. Identify and report organized crime rings. Work with store personnel to identify inventory shortage opportunities and recommend solutions. Audit compliance to physical security standards and company operational procedures. Participate in storewide and individual sales associate meetings. Create and maintain awareness by promoting available resources. Participate in the on boarding process of new hires.
