CurrentCRM Customer Operations & Support Europe for Embraer Executive Jets• Lead a training and development program within the area• Responsible for internal newsletter and visual communications• Conduct Entry Into Service meetings and activities, engaging with CAMs, Sales and Aircraft Delivery team• Provide and manage KPIs• Analyze customer financial and compliance statuses as a Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance Agent• Assist customers via SaaS (Salesforce) and Talkdesk in a fast-paced environment• Customer account setup and management at Embraer's systems (Tools: SAP, Salesforce, Jira)• Facilitate and manage customer's access to Embraer Executive Jets Technical Publications• Support eCommerce demands and orders for Embraer servicesRecognition: Within 10 months as a hired employee, I had the opportunity to support locally at our Amsterdam office.
