Gabrielle commenced her real estate career in 2006 specialising in Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing, achieving C&I Rookie of the Year, and Top Sales Person of her division. She moved on to manage her own thriving company before returning to Harcourts Head Office as the New Zealand Growth Manager. In this role Gabrielle’s focus was on helping people step into the Real Estate industry at a sales level, and working with existing and new business owner’s to progress into franchise ownership. Gabrielle wrote and delivered training across the Harcourts Group in New Zealand and Australia, and also stepped into a secondment role as the New Zealand General Manager for Harcourts.Gabrielle currently holds the role of CEO, Tremain Group Central. Overseeing 26 real estate offices and 300 staff throughout provisional NZ. She has a passion for the industry, business & people, and thrives working strategically at a management level to grow and progress businesses with greater effectiveness, efficiency and strength of culture.
