Hatua Network works to end generational poverty by promoting education and employment among youth in Mombasa, Kenya. Through scholarship, mentoring and career guidance Hatua helps Mombasa's top students gain the skills, credentials, and networks they need to contribute to and benefit from Kenya's growing economy. In 2021 Hatua is supporting 565 youth in high school, college, university and in the workforce. My responsibilities include Hatua’s program design and development, budgeting and accounts oversight, human resources management, monitoring and evaluation, communications, and fundraising.
