•Oversight: Responsible for third party property management, leasing agents, contractors and related parties. •Lease Transactions: Oversite of all leasing on new and renewal deals, in collaboration with third party brokers, tenants, and legal counsel to execute on lease transactions. •Tenant & Capital Improvements: Plan out improvements with third party architects and engage with contractors and vendors to bid out improvements, execute on contracts and oversee through completion. •Financial Planning and Financing: Develop annual budgets and cash flow analysis using Argus for all properties, as well procure preferential loan terms to finance and refinance commercial office and multifamily properties. •Reporting: Prepare and review quarterly performance reports for ownership and relevant stakeholders, as well as weekly/monthly project updates as needed. •Collaboration: Continually collaborate with internal stakeholders on short and long term portfolio strategy, and external stakeholders to see those visions through to completion.

•Account Management: Managed internal real estate requirements for TWDC and its owned companies - ESPN, ABC, Lucasfilm, etc. •Engagement: Engaged with various internal stakeholders, including Design & Delivery, Lease Administration, Portfolio Management, Legal and Finance, as well as third party providers to execute on lease transactions, tenant build-outs, and various projects through completion. •Strategy: Developed and implemented real estate solutions for internal stakeholders on consolidations, densifications, relocations, and reconfigurations on owned and leased assets throughout the United States; including office, industrial, and production space. •Analysis: Analyzed and reported on portfolio and market specific data, as well as project specific status to key stakeholders.

•Capital projects: completed due diligence packages to gain stakeholder approvals on vital capital projects, which helped increase occupancy levels in our Downtown Los Angeles portfolio. •Budgets: Prepared quarterly financial reports and annual operating budgets for internal stakeholders, as well as Implementing the annual budgets across all properties. •Contracts: Oversaw bidding process for all capital upgrade projects and building renovations, as well as managing reoccurring building maintenance contracts (janitorial, security, engineering, etc.). •Tenant engagement: Proactively engaged with 100+ building tenants throughout portfolio.
