Additionally, I manage Accounts Payable processes by collaborating with a third-party accounting firm to process invoices and diligently track company credit card expenditures. Communication with upper management and vendors is a key part of my role, involving discussions on payments, resolving invoice discrepancies, and addressing any account-related inquiries. I also handle the receiving and inspection of deliveries to ensure they align with the order details and packing slips, maintaining accuracy in inventory management. Furthermore, I take charge of office facilities management, ensuring the regular maintenance and procurement of office equipment, supplies, and kitchen necessities on both a weekly and monthly basis. This comprehensive oversight ensures efficient operations and supports the company's financial and logistical needs effectively.
