As a member of the Psychological Health Team (PHT), embedded within Life@, I collaborated alongside consulting Psychologists, legal, and Policy to shape strategic direction and implementation of global psychological health and safety guidelines, practices, and objectives for 15,000 FTEs and 32,000 CWs that interface with graphic and/or objectionable content.

The CDC Foundation is the sole entity authorized by Congress to mobilize philanthropic partners and private-sector resources to support CDC’s critical health protection mission. Since 1995, the CDC Foundation has launched approximately 1,000 programs and has served as a strategic partner to CDC during public health emergencies. I worked directly with CDC and state and local authorities to provide surge staffing in the public health industry including contact tracing teams that were crucial to the nation’s COVID-19 response. I oversaw +60 COVID-19 surge staff across multiple HHS regions ensuring they have the tools, resources, and guidance to support our partnering Health Departments.

I was responsible for managing the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process from initially applying to a job posting, pre-screening, interviewing, background check, official offers, to onboarding. I designed, created, and implemented innovative workforce planning initiatives to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience to ultimately improving attrition rate, corporate culture, brand awareness, and professional development of internal employees.

Onward to Opportunity Program Manager at a 501(c) 3 non-profit veteran service organization that aims to guide, encourage, and provide professional opportunities for our servicemen, servicewomen, and military spouses as they are within 6 months of their transition into the civilian sector. I was responsible for coordinating with the O2O employer engagement team at IVMF of Syracuse University and over 50 employer partners of O2O to ensure the skills gained from the O2O training fit the needs of the placement partners. I managed the matching program of over 400 students with job openings ensuring interviews were secured with the organizations by cultivating relationships with placement partners. I secured HHUSA's 2nd largest grant and helped grow the department of 1 to a department of 4 within 1 year.

Career Workshops from being offered in 2 local housing shelters once per month to a total of 5 housing shelters rotating every Saturday as well as building a mentor match add-on with 80% of clients securing employment within 3 months of attending a workshop.Expanded Project One on One Academic Mentoring services to service over 300 children living in housing shelters and group homes within 1 year.
