 Support the Program Director by establishing expectations for student musical, behavioral and academic progress. Support the development of the program and employ excellent, age-appropriate pedagogical teaching methods within a repertoire consistent with iCAN’s principles and incorporating best practices found in national and international El Sistema-inspired programs. Supervise iCAN Music Teaching Artists, site staff and volunteers, ensuring the highest level of unified program implementation possible. 
 Together with the Program Director, regularly evaluate Teaching Artists’ daily lesson plans and site staff performance, including periodic written, oral and video reviews. Collaborate with the iCAN Music Program Director, school staff and outside evaluators in program evaluation processes in areas of data generation, collection, documentation, and analysis.
