CurrentProject Management: Oversee full project lifecycle from planning through successful completion.Administrative Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings, manage invoices, maintain spreadsheets, and coordinate appointments. Add required data and documents needed to properly complete daily activities.Client Relations: Serve as primary liaison, focusing on providing an exceptional customer experience. Using clear communication and careful listening, mindfully build and maintain a relationship of trust with clients to guide them through the design and installation process.Contractor Collaboration: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and fabricators to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion. Identifying the appropriate parties to deal with jobsite incidents and emergencies. Design Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced design software to assist in creating layouts, elevations, and perspectives for kitchens and bathrooms.Sales Assistance: Advise clients on product selections, including appliances, cabinets and countertops, and manage vendor relationships.Scheduling and Logistics: Arrange material selection appointments, installation schedules, and manage delivery logistics for job sites and warehouses.Problem Solving: Address project challenges proactively, ensuring smooth progress and high-quality results.Safety: Respond to and stabilize abnormal conditions within the required timeframes for various abnormal facility events within client, design showroom, warehouses, and vehicle environments.
