Current- Oversee end-to-end quality and risk management of digital/direct mail communication processes through requirements gathering and process monitoring with Compliance and Legal stakeholders. - Drive prioritization with Legal, Risk, and Business stakeholders by maintaining roadmaps and forecasts to mitigate critical risks in alignment with regulatory requirements. - Maintain industry knowledge/comprehension to deliver daily insights/proposals to proactively research changing state or federal statutes to monitor/identify issues related to letter and email regulatory requirements.
