    As Director of Marketing for Deep Sync, I lead the marketing, brand, and sales enablement strategies for Deep Sync and its evolving family of brands: Compact Information Systems, HomeData, AccuData Integrated Marketing, AlumniFinder, ASL Marketing, and CollegeBound Selection Service.Since 2022, I have implemented HubSpot's Enterprise CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs company-wide. This included migrating and unifying disparate databases (from outdated legacy systems); setting up (from scratch) Sales snippets, templates, sequences, and playbooks; implementing the Marketing ads, social, and email features (this part was easy!); developing (with tons of cross-functional collaboration) Service inboxes, chat flows, ticket pipelines, and knowledge bases; creating (oodles of) custom reports and dashboards; building lots (and lots) of workflows; and leading all training, documentation (including a 90-page playbook), and adoption initiatives for the Sales and Client Success teams.In 2023, we successfully migrated the Compact, ASL Marketing, and HomeData brands under the Deep Sync brand umbrella. This included migrating their corporate websites to pages on the Deep Sync website and consolidating their email, phone, and social media communications. What were once longstanding companies with unique brand images are now represented as Deep Sync datasets with the original brand names as identifiers.
