Oversaw daily operations for a residence hall of over 500 students and a budget of approximately $5000. Supervised 10 undergraduate students and advised a community council of 10 undergraduate students. Served in an on-call capacity for approximately 5,000 students.

Summer internship as a Hall Director at Eastern Illinois University. I acted as a representative of Eastern Illinois University with stakeholders and conference directors. I also directly supervised conference assistants for the summer.
