As a leasing specialist I have gained valuable experience in marketing, leasing, and residential real estate. Before I was promoted to the Leasing Specialist, I worked on the support staff for Kasdorf Property Management following my internship with them. This taught me the ins and outs of residential property management from communicating with tenants, creating work orders for maintenance requests, communications with vendors, to legal aspects like the eviction process, government housing payments, etc. I look forward to taking the real estate license exam and obtaining my realtors license so I can pursue a career as a residential real estate agent.
