About Gabrielle Yoder

Are you looking for someone who is 'can do' instead of 'can say'? Sick of people who are great at telling you their accomplishments but not actually doing them? Looking for a remote employee or consultant who doesn't just pretend to work? Wanting someone with a good old-fashioned work ethic?A cross-functional leader who has experience with human resources, graphic designers, coders, web designers, customer service, sales, marketing, finance and more?That's me!I'm largely a self-made person and continual learner. I didn't have access to the educational resources I wanted as a young person so I made them or found other ways to learn what I wanted to learn. My experience is primarily in operations management but I've worn a lot of hats in my time. Human resources is my first love, but I also handle digital marketing, writing, copywriting, graphic design, teaching, training, customer service, customer retention, administration, and general management.I'm a 'people person' and have enjoyed working directly with clients and fellow employees. I developed my personal management style by looking back at upper management I directly worked with and using or improving the strategies that brought results. I encourage team behavior and ensure that everyone is looking at the 'big picture' and their place within it. I prefer to touch base with all employees on a daily basis when possible and ensure I have all knowledge required for a situation so as to better serve our employees and our clients. Whether I work with your company for a day, a year, or a lifetime it's always my company, too.Locally, I have taught classes on economics, herbalism, historical cooking, international culture and cooking, and home economics. My hobbies include historical research, genealogy, writing, sewing, cooking, and making homemade cosmetic and personal products.
