Key Achievements:- People Management: Led a team focused on personal and professional growth, fostering a positive information-sharing environment, and achieving a 95% talent retention rate.- Capital Management: Overseeing the entire process of issuing three debentures, coordinating negotiations with investors, obtaining approvals from VPs and the Board of Directors, and managing bureaucratic aspects, in addition to working on two follow-on processes with a total emission value of approximately R$1.3 billion. - Financial Planning: Developed budget processes and strategic reports, resulting in a 12 p.p. increase in EBITDA margin over 5 years, improved working capital management efficiency, and effective tax planning implementation.- M&A: Coordinated the execution of 14 acquisitions integration into the financial and operational ecosystem, in addition to actively contributing to Sinqia's largest deal ever (approximately R$ 2.5 billion), resulting in the company's largest merger contract in its history. - Tax and Accounting: Responsible for the complete accounting and tax routine of a B3-listed firm, including the development of financial statements in BR-GAAP / IFRS, external audit support (Big4), and the development of tax planning, minimizing costs through direct and indirect taxes.
