I am currently a Senior remote technical support engineer for DELL Technologies ISG Global Converged Infrastructure & PowerFlex Support for 7+ years. I support the Dell Technologies hyperconverged infrastructure product, PowerFlex, and converged infrastructure product, VxBlock. I specialize in the CentOS / Ubuntu / Kubernetes applications. I was an onsite Dell EMC Data Center Engineer in Austin, Texas for 8 years prior. My education/experience in computer information systems, IT management, Dell EMC storage hardware, networking, virtualization, and customer service is very compatible with many IT positions.I have demonstrated strong technical skills with my certifications. I have earned my VMware VCP-DCV 2023, VCP-DCV 2022, VMware VCP6.5-DCV, Cisco CCNA Data Center, and three DELL EMC Proven Professional certifications. My solid track record as a Senior Engineer / Senior Account Service Engineer for 15+ years and my education (AAS – Computer Programming, BBA – Computer Info Systems, MBA – IT Management) should qualify me for a variety of IT positions.
