Hello ! I've been a software developer for nearly 3 years and an avid computer geek all my life !So far my main programming languages are C#, Java and Python. My work experience is mainly as a .NET backend developer where I've used C# and MS SQLServer but I've also worked with html,css,javascript and asp.net as a full stack developer.I have experience in entity framework, mvc architecture, RESTful API development, data migrations, object-oriented architecture, algorithm refactoring and algorithm development in general.So far, I've been in contact with the SCRUM development methodology.Most of my experience revolves around workforce management. Meaning: developing functionalities that would help a manager plan/monitor/predict all the work time related to his/her employees.At the moment, I'm enrolled in a Master Degree in Computer Science from Faculdade de Ciências of Universidade do Porto, but I miss coding every day, so I'm looking to transition back into the Software Industry.Nonetheless, so far I've used: Apache Spark and Dask to process massive amounts of data, Google Cloud Platform to develop and deploy my own programs and MySql and PostgreSQL to create a datawarehouse.I've also been in contact with Java, maven, Spring(RESTful API creation) and test-driven development academically and as a self-taught learner.
