We design, schedule, and lead the project from beginning to end with the goal of delivering happiness.Technical liaison for customer looking to deploy Zoom Rooms into new or existing AV infrastructure.Provide pre-sale support to sales team to present a design, and Bill of Materials based on the requirements determined in the building design phases. Identify potential issues and address accordingly.Supervise the successful installation deployment of complex video conferencing implementations, focusing on project specific on-time performance, profitability and customer satisfaction utilizing internal and external resources.Conduct site inspections as necessary to develop and verify installation standards and specifications.Review scope of work with customer to ensure project integrity and communicate customers’ responsibilities to ensure they are an active participant as required to assure project success.Review procurement options, ensure availability of spec'd equipment across global regions.

Oversaw the design, managed and commissioned the installation of two new facilities, one in San Francisco, which is a brand new office that launched in March with state of the art technology from Microsoft, Planar and Vidyo to name a few. The NY location is a replacement office where the NY office was migrated to in June 2017. Also consisting of state of the art technology.Part of my responsibilities also includes supporting the day to day meetings and events that go on at the Forum. Which consists of video conferencing, audio conferencing, and web conferencing support.Creating AV Standards for users to understand the process and have a better overall meeting experience.Developed a UC plan for users to communicate and collaborate globally.Increased Video Conference meetings from one thousand to over seven thousand meetings with the adoption of new technology.Upkeep of the conference rooms to ensure they're in working order.Supporting all remote and off-site meetings/events as necessary.Decommissioning all of the AV in the old NY office.

Responsible for events at TIAA-CREF, providing white glove service for all high profile AV events. In charge of coordination of entire event life cycle with event organizers, presenters, AV team, conference services, and facilities personnel. Also included schedule forecasting, pre-conference logistics meetings, to technical and dress rehearsals, through to day-of setup and real-time event management, and on to post-conference debriefs and reviews.Provide setup and support of all relevant AV needs for events (mics, cameras, and content sharing), in-room event management (mic levels, camera angles, display routing), as well as videoconference bridge management and remote troubleshooting for multiple host sites, and up to several dozen remote sites.Perform preventative maintenance of all AV event space.Schedule technicians and forecast the weekly schedule.

Managed all aspects of Audio/Visual needs related to the US Open at the National Tennis Center (NTC). Served as NTC Project Manager for all site Audio/Visual projects worked with consultants to plan, implement and complete all projects on time and on budget.NTC Project Manager for the successful implementation of Arthur Ashe Kids Day (AAKD).Managed all aspects of site audio, video, and television systems including public address, video boards, signage displays, and Hawkeye line calling system. Worked with vendors and consultants to ensure the preventative maintenance and upgrades of all systems.Managed the installation of all video boards on site for the US Open, work with vendors to plan and execute the yearly installation as well as securing proper permits each year prior to the event.Managed all aspects of site telecommunications including preventative maintenance of Nortel PBX and Call Pilot systems, vendor contracts, and invoicing. Oversee all site moves, adds, and changes as well as preparation for the US Open.Maintained, coordinated the purchase, programmed, and disbursed walkie-talkies and other related communications equipment year round as well as for the US Open. Researched and recommended upgrades of new equipment and hardware upgrades.Worked with surveillance systems vendor to maintain onsite surveillance systems, which included indoor and outdoor CCTV, card access systems, burglar alarm system and fire alarms. Documented and worked to resolve all equipment malfunctions. Annually assessed new system needs and evaluated for necessary upgrades.Managed all aspects of the Fire Command Station (NTC 24/7 Security), including but not limited to creation and implementation of the Operations Manual, site maps, alarm locations.Supervised the bid process, installation, usage, maintenance and repair for all communications related hardware/software.

Coordinated with the Special Events team to produce all on-site and off-site events. Established protocols and best practices for requesting AV assistance among Christie’s employees. Manage and maintained the 3 Auction Rooms, 7 Gallery Rooms, 7 Client Sky Boxes, Atrium level signage.On the days with an auction, conduct a test at 8 AM to ensure all mics work, all camera feeds to Client Sky Boxes and to Christie’s Online Live Stream are operational. Setup Camera, DVD recorder, and microphones for all training sessions being conducted by Christie’s. Would also supply playback monitor to view the recording. Assisted outside guests when it came to editing their PowerPoint presentations. Provided training to the video conference team on the proper maintenance and operation of Cisco’s TMS as well as how to remote into Polycom HDX codecs, due to my extensive experience with both. Recommended equipment upgrades and coordinated with several vendors to ensure equipment specs met our requirements and could be backwards integrated into Christie’s infrastructure. Advised clients that would be going off-site for conferences at convention centers or hotels, equipment that best suited their needs on how to request them. Oversaw vendors coming into Christie’s for Preventive Maintenance or equipment removal or swapping to ensure that the work was done satisfactorily to Christie’s standards.Actively troubleshooted any and all issues before escalating to an outside vendor for assistance.Performed daily QC of all Audio Visual capable rooms; equipment included, Extron Crosspoint Switcher, AutoPatch Switcher, Polycom HDX codecs, Cisco Codecs, Barco Projectors, Epson Projectors, Panasonic 103” Plasma screens. Kept metrics on all expenditures for weekly reviews, this included: Overtime, Upgrades costs and Vendor call-ins for Preventative Maintenance, equipment removal and any downtime in rooms affected by damaged equipment.

Provided on-site support for AOL and it's subsidiaries. Responsibilities included meeting room management, troubleshooting, training end users in conference room technology, tracking room usage for the end of month metrics report. Recommended equipment upgrade/change, or process evaluations for improved client efficiency. Edited videos as needed to highlight client business and further promote brand awareness. Produced outside events that use the facility for events. Also assisted in collection of all assets for outgoing employees; including laptops, cell phones, tablets, wireless cards, scan them into inventory and sent back to the corporate warehouse for storage.

As the on-site lead technician for the client, responsibilities included: scheduling staff, acquiring additional labor when necessary, trained staff on equipment and on operating procedures, maintained relationships with multiple vendors in order to acquire equipment as needed.Tested and commissioned of all Audio-Visual equipment in client’s newest flagship facility. Created punch-list and ensured vendors addressed accordingly.Provided technical support to the client's campus which consisted of five buildings spread out through the Financial District. Reported on metrics for the client. Performed preventive maintenance, and quality control on all meeting facilities.

Setup and provided technical assistance to the firm’s Partners, associates, and visiting guests. Connected and set up multipoint Video/Audio conferences. Maintained and operated wired/wireless microphones, speaker systems, video cameras, audio recording equipment and fully integrated intelligent control systems.Also monitored the firm’s incident reports, which details the daily agenda for the Audio/Visual Department.

Oversaw staff of 4 responsible for the execution of events held in numerous cities across the US. Coordinated with client and venue to collect and disseminate all necessary information pertaining to an event. Ensured that all equipment ordered meets the needs and expectations of the client, arrange for any sub-rentals if necessary. Set up and operated audio, video, and lighting equipment for the event.

Provide technical support to the center’s 200 meeting rooms. Worked directly with client to coordinate setup of audio and video equipment as per their needs. Instructed clients on proper use of equipment. Responsible for doing inventory of equipment and supplies needed for daily operation.

Worked as a self-employed AV consultant serving the DC Metro area. Responsibilities include Project Management, planning, and sub-contracting of third party resources. Clients included: The Pentagon, Department of Homeland Security, Air Force, US Army, Department of Defense, Department of Interior, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Xerox and Konica Minolta.
