Mr. Murillo has over twenty years of Program and Project Management experience, which includes long term responsibility for overseeing the simultaneous design, construction and finances of multiple private and public work projects. He has headed a team of direct report construction management personnel for the Bond program at the Los Angeles Unified School District, Measure J and Proposition A and AA Program Management for Los Angeles Community College District, Deputy Program Director at Los Angeles County METRO, Purple Line Extension representing the City of Beverly Hills. Previously served as Deputy Director for Los Angeles Mission College which includes Senior responsibility to utilize construction experience on a two-prong front, Construction and Design, to solve multiple challenges facing the College Project Management Team, to complete $ 438 million of constructionHis management experience includes key roles in higher educational, institutional, commercial construction. He is extremely effective in ensuring the successful delivery of project management services in all phases of capital projects from program and project level planning through punch list completion. Mr. Murillo brings a comprehensive understanding of the construction process through hands-on experience and has a proven track record of strong management and decision-making ability in leading both direct hire and contracted personnel. He constructively communicates with school boards, facility managers, contractors, owners, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies. He consistently meets project deadlines and budget goals.
