SH*FT is the event we always wanted to go to but never found, so we decided to organize it ourselves. A festival of creativity, innovation, society and the future, which brings together incredible people to discuss issues that impact our lives and work.

I worked on the Attraction team, which is the product team focused on Growth. I was mainly responsible for the development of landing pages and new pages on the website where we started the migration of the website that was on Webflow for internal development using Next.js (focused on performance and SEO) where I was mainly responsible for implementing the new screens using React, SASS and unit testing using Jest.

I started the Atlas project, the Asaas design system. We work with SASS and Grails to create components and also the front-end Developer Experience for other developers on the team. I also worked on developing the Asaas Community, the application was based on Rocket.Chat, using React Native for the front-end and Meteor for the back-end.

Strategy and planning: thinking strategically with a goal has also always been something I have been able to do. At teken, we changed from a digital agency, to an advertising agency, to a branding agency. And within it I always tried to bring more innovative methods like design sprints or games for creating brands. I also helped do this for several clients. Administration/Financial/Budgets: I have knowledge of how to manage a company and a team, do financial planning and create budgets with several suppliers (I also know how to find one). Show less
