My responsibilities involve ensuring the quality of US e-commerce applications managed in our team by reviewing the requirements, clarifying the functional specifications, defining the test strategy and scenarios, creating the test plan, writing the test cases and executing them, reporting defects with detailed analysis, defining the test specification review and performing different types of testing: web services testing; feature testing; integration testing; validation testing; smoke testing; regression testing; exploratory testing; cross browser / compatibility testing; retesting the fixes of defects in new builds. Also, I am involved in analyzing specific situations that occur in production environment of e-commerce web applications and finding solutions for the issues. I work in an agile environment and my responsibilities include estimating, prioritizing my own activities and participating to weekly update meetings with the client that aim to keep him informed on deliverables and timeline. I have a strong desire to learn new things and develop my problem-solving skills. Activities and responsibilities include:• Identifying anomalies and software errors that alter reference indicators (amounts,exceptions, turnovers), elaborating practical plans for solving these situations andimplementing different strategies until the errors are fixed;• Exporting data from software, centralizing subunits operations and verifying the correlationswith the final reports (balances, statements);• Adding records of the documents (bills, payments, regularizations) to the database;• Editing accounting notes associated to all operations and organizing the records depending on the domain and specific accounts (expenses, incomes, VAT, clients, suppliers, units);• Intermediation of operations between Iaşi unit and other similar national units or local subunits;• Printing and archiving of all reports and documents retrieved from the software or manuallycreated and filled in;• Archiving documents and keeping the archive nomenclature according to the current law;• Periodic review of the accounting accounts that need to be closed each month;• Participating to the inventory committee of the private domain assets;• Business trips (delegation or field work);• Permanent verifying, listing and updating the knowledge related to the laws that impact theactivities or the documents handled (tax code, accounting law);• Creating reports for the control and audit companies;• Interacting with the third parties in order to solve issues related to debts or claims.
