As us A/V Techs, Live Audio Engineers and EVERYONE involved in all kinds of productions especially live events like i have been working in since 1994, figure out how to survive in this Pandemic world which looks like is getting worse before better this winter, I decided to start my own streaming radio station and I'm having a blast. This was a podcast turned Radio Show because music artists don't get paid for their music on podcasts. My station does. Assisting the staff in daily operations of events· Assist the staff in the upkeep and maintenance of the specific event spaces as assigned where it relates to Audio.· Build and manage relationships with the venue staff as applicable.-Communicate extensively with production staff efficiently.-Manage multiple projects and project managers, prioritize workflow and support a multidisciplinary team. -Build confidence and trust with internal and external constituencies and provide excellent customer service. -Work with our sales team and oversee production managers to design and prep all audio oriented events.- Perform site visits with clients and event teams as needed.- Provide technical support on audio hardware, control systems, etc.- Work closely with sales team and production managers to understand client needs and requirements.- Coordinate with our freelance technical staff on what is expected of them for each job.- Coordinate with other related vendors to make sure there is a smooth onsite working environment.- Implement audio production policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.- Oversee production staff on event locations and ensure client production needs are met.- Manage audio shop personnel to control company inventory and rentals from vendors.- Maintain an internal audio support database for all designers and production staff.- Research and evaluate new audio products and technologies that could benefit the company.- Continued audio training of existing and new hire production managers.- Maintain a working knowledge of audio equipment.- Other duties as assigned
