I assisted the Kirwan Institute with a major interdisciplinary research project evaluating OSU’s nearly 150 diversity-related initiatives. Under the guidance of the Senior Faculty Research Advisor, and along with one other co-investigator, we worked with the undergraduate, graduate, faculty and staff communities to collaboratively analyze these initiatives.
