- Plan scientific educational events according to strategy: planning details such as venue, travel, transportation, reservations, pre-meeting materials, meeting minutes and presentations;- Provide support for all the internal and external trainings (KOLs, sales, etc);- Clinical trial management (IIS and sponsoreds): contract review, CRO negotiation, site selection, milestones and payments management, vendor registration, clinical documentation management (TMF);- Process invoices for the HCP/HCO involvement, track costs and accrual;- Generate and review all contracts for HCPs and HCOs to ensure compliance with established guidelines;- Quality documentation management: validate documents fulfillments, properly archive it, analyze if they are in accordance with the reports of SFDC and audit attendance.
