• Experience in business valuation, especially in evaluating privately held companies, as well as developing financial models and analyzing financial information in order to build dynamic projections of operations or financial performance. Thus, advising companies in strategic decisions such as investments, business planning, finance raising, disposals and others.• Performing Purchase Price Allocations (PPA): experience in developing PPA´s and Intangible Asset Appraisal. Identification and valuation of intangible assets such as non-compete agreements, developed software, trademark, customer relationship, IPR&D (in process research and development), mining rights, backlog, regulatory licenses, among others.• Reviewing valuations prepared by third parties or management relating to the annual or periodic impairment testing of goodwill and long-lived intangible assets, as well as the annual or periodic testing of certain fair-value accounting estimates.• Specific knowledge to produce a deep and consistent market analysis, with the aim to present to the client the opportunities, threats, weaknesses and strengths in the market in which the customer operates.• Writing detailed valuation reports.
