Our focus is to support small and medium-sized agricultural producers, providing high availability and agility in their processes. Our main goal is to offer customers a fast experience, with a timeline of just 72 hours from the beginning of the process to the loan deposit.As a technical leader, my responsibility is to ensure that each project adheres to strict engineering standards, including Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Git Flow, and best security practices. Additionally, I manage and support our engineering team in creating highly optimized and scalable APIs and workflows.My routine involves the analysis of new features and demands from the product team. I start by studying these new features and developing initial concepts and impact analysis diagrams. This includes creating Proof of Concepts (POCs) using AWS services to establish the initial foundations that will be later handed over to the engineering team. Our boilerplate includes defining language, Design Pattern, impact analysis, CI/CD service settings, and infrastructure as code (IAC) using the Terraform Framework.One of our recent projects involved a complete cloud provider migration, moving from the GCP platform to AWS. This resulted in significant refactoring of existing applications, ensuring scalability and resource optimization, leading to a savings of over 60% in infrastructure costs.

banQi is a digital bank owned by the Via Group (formerly Via Varejo), with a primary focus on the Brazilian population in financial classes C, D, and E.In my role as a Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead, I participated in the development and leadership of the Commercial Accounts (CNPJ) team. Our goal was to create a highly scalable solution and provide a centralized banking-as-a-service experience with an event-driven design.We prioritized delivering a comprehensive experience for our business clients, ensuring high scalability and guaranteeing that each request sent to our main gateway was processed in less than 200ms.We used Node.js and TypeScript to build the main gateway and a Postgres instance to manage customer and application data. Our application was deployed on the AWS Cloud, with EKS services playing a crucial role as our primary orchestrator. Additionally, we made use of Apache Kafka to manage all requests and ensure that our Dead-Letter Queue (DLQ) processed all entities, maintaining a high-fidelity customer experience in line with the company's standards.

Yandeh is a B2B data processing company with the primary goal of making an impact in the B2B market while focusing on the customer experience.I worked on the company's core project, ensuring that every user permission, record, and data was processed and served to the other applications within the ecosystem.We used Node.js and Python to build the application, providing each user with custom roles/functions and personalized display permissions. Our system leveraged AWS Lambda as our primary data ingestion system, and ECs (Elastic Containers) as our primary API orchestrators to serve the application on the web. The latest performance benchmark analysis of our system revealed that we were able to directly handle over 7 MILLION requests per hour, with a remarkable 95% response time of 194ms.Our applications utilized NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and DynamoDB.
