Studied the impact of the identity and co-stimulatory domain of Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CAR) on the generation of a CAR-T cell immunological synapse with a target leukemic cell

Performed cell culture and bioassays for R&D and contract work. Collaborated with scientists at the MSU Institute for Integrative Toxicology. Tasks included: Using RNeasy Mini Kits for RNA isolation, Nano-Drop for RNA quality, Reverse Transcriptase, q-PCR, Aseptic Cell Culture Technique, LDH Assay, CM-H2DCFDA for ROS detection, BCA Protein Assay, Caspase-8 Activity Assay, ATP Luminescence Assay, dose preparation and dosing of cells. Worked with multiple cell lines: Hep-G2, Hep-G2/C3A, HT-29, HCT-8, Primary Human Hepatocytes.
