Main Taks • Manages planning studies, urban design concepts, development applications and reviews • Reviews and processes comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, annexations, site plans and plats • Conducts research and prepares statistical reports on land use, physical, social and economic issues • Provides professional planning assistance to member communities on varied land use and transportation projects • Develops plans, studies and analyses on regional basis • Works in regional program areas relating to natural/water resources planning, community development, hazard mitigation, coastal zone management, and others • Performs field inspections to gather data relevant to the development review process and/or to verify that development projects comply with approved plans • Conducts meetings and presents reports and other findings to staff • Understands the impact of the built environment, and can view a project from a resiliency, land use and transportation lens

Ensure the provision of rapporteur services focused on achieving the following results: • Convene by virtual means each meeting of the corresponding Commission, registering the participants and all "interventions (process log)- Reliable summary of the discussions that take place during the Commission meetings and the consensus reached, according to the scheme provided by the Project Coordination (form for the Agora platform). "- Write the corresponding memory aids, notes and minutes when necessary "- Spelling and grammar control of the written reports aids- Classification and orderly maintenance of all the information received or requested by the Commissions, in coordination with the Pact Coordination team and with the facilitator

Coordinate Urban Projects that include the elaboration of Conceptual Design Proposals, Design of Master Plans, Urban Pre-Projects, Planning Schemes, Public Bids.
