During my experience at the Educational Technology Center of the Regional Education Superintendency of Almenara, I worked directly in technical support for servers in the education network in my region, in the use of educational technologies and IT infrastructure in state school environments. My responsibilities included: Equipment and Network Maintenance: I carried out diagnostics and repairs on computers, servers and networks, ensuring that the systems worked efficiently and met the needs of schools in the region. Technical Support: I provided technical support to teachers and other employees, assisting in the use of educational and technological tools. Technological Infrastructure Management: I participated in the installation and configuration of new equipment, in addition to carrying out continuous monitoring to avoid failures and interruptions in technological services. Collaboration with Educational Projects: Contributed to the integration of technology in educational projects, seeking practical solutions that could improve the teaching and learning experience in schools. This experience was essential to develop technical skills, such as hardware and network support, and interpersonal skills, such as communication and teaching skills to train other professionals.

During my experience as a scientific initiation fellow, I had the opportunity to propose data analyses related to the COVID-19 pandemic, developing solutions for the treatment and interpretation of complex information of great relevance to public health. I was responsible for: Study and Application of Statistical Methods: I mastered concepts of correlation and advanced statistical analysis techniques to understand and organize large volumes of data about the pandemic, contributing to the accurate interpretation of the patterns of spread and impact of COVID-19. Data Manipulation and Standardization: I structured and treated the data in Excel and automated processes using Python, applying methods such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to simplify and optimize the results, making them more accessible and useful for decision-making. Presentation of Results: I prepared and conducted presentations of the project findings, sharing valuable insights with students and faculty on campus, contributing to the practical understanding of the analyses and providing a solid foundation for future research related to the pandemic. Contribution to the Project: I actively participated in defining strategies for data processing, seeking solutions that would add value to the research and expanding my knowledge in data science and Python, focusing on one of the biggest global challenges of our time. This experience was essential to improve my skills in data analysis, programming and communication, highlighting my active role in the success of the project and in the dissemination of technical knowledge aimed at understanding the impacts of COVID-19.

During my time as a Basic Computer Instructor, I had the opportunity to teach children and teenagers up to 15 years old, addressing fundamental technology topics in a didactic and dynamic way. I was responsible for: Teaching Computer and Technology Concepts: I explained how computer components work and their importance, in addition to introducing students to the practical use of the Windows 7 operating system. Mastery of the Office Suite and Windows Tools: I taught students how to use essential Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and important features within Windows 7, enabling students to use these tools efficiently in their daily lives. Teaching Methodology for Young Learners: I developed and applied interactive classes adapted to the students' age group, using playful resources and practical examples to ensure meaningful learning. Promoting Interest in Technology: I was responsible for sparking students' interest in the area of ​technology, encouraging curiosity and developing essential skills for navigating the digital environment.
