As an Investment Operations Analyst at State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB), I am proud to be part of a team that manages over $140 billion in assets for the benefit of Wisconsin public employees and retirees.In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data and transactions related to SWIB's alternative investment portfolio, which includes private equity and real estate. I collaborate with internal and external parties to reconcile cash flows, valuations, fees, and performance metrics, and to prepare reports and analyses for senior management and board members. I also assist with the implementation and enhancement of systems and tools to automate and streamline workflows and controls.
