Hired by HK listed co. to revive project that had failed to launch over 5+ years of significant investment in executive leadership and M&A opportunities. From scratch: hired, trained and managed a 10+ person team of employees new to the industry and turned the company from an idea to a fully functioning business that generated over $10,000,000 USD in revenue in its first year of sales. Built HR, accounting and marketing operations for the firm. Completed a 24-36 month plan in under 18 months; then helped identify and organize a smooth handover to a long term management team.

Directing expansion of Asian operations for leading international wine auction house, Hart Davis Hart.

Founder of Prevention Through Education (PTE), an NGO that worked with provincial education bureaus to develop and incorporate lesson plans educating students about HIV. Developed simple and concise lessons adding HIV and anti-stigma information into standardized health and wellness curriculum. Succeeded in bringing important information and education tools into thousands of schools by using a pragmatic and collaborative process which empowered school districts and provincial education bureaus to teach their students about HIV.Developed and launched HIVzx.com. An online peer to peer counseling service providing information, support and care to anyone with questions or concerns about their sexual health or HIV status.

Wrote and edited China's first monthly English language wine column "Uncorked".
