Responsibilities included providing work estimates, conversion of iSeries PF to SQL tables, database object creation and modification, supporting application testing and debugging, writing and tuning SQL, writing and tuning SQL Stored Procedures, analyzing and tuning application database objects using an index advisor, identifying and resolving production data and performance issues.• Developed solutions for an in-sourcing project which consisted of eliminating utilization of a 3rd party Servicer and migrating the data in-house. This project consisted of 4 data migration phases. There were major application enhancements which included expanding functionality of pre-existing processes to incorporate business rules from the 3rd party servicer, application and database tuning to support new data loads and application rewrites.• Developed Investor Reporting application for financing in the student loan industry utilizing DB2 SQL Stored Procedures, RPG Free, CLLE and Websphere Development Studio. Process included monthly statistics on loan payments, interest accruals, principle balance, daily SAP adjustments, and quarterly statics. Created technical specifications based on functional requirements. This code was packaged and shared with a remote client who serviced a portfolio of loans.• Production support tasks included on-call rotation, fixing defects/work orders detected by end-users, system administrators or other development staff.

• Develop Online Parking Ticket Payment System using VB.NET/ASP.NET, Visual Studio 2005, RPG, CL and stored procedures.• Develop automated process using RPG, CL to produce text delimited file to transmit to the Web Server via FTP. • Configure 3rd party software to interface with Major Bank systems to transmit secure transactions for payment processing.

Validity checks were processed interactively, which consists of processing all functionality error-checking which notifies the appropriate end-user. • Created logic-flow design specs, end-user help documentation, enhanced pricing modules for daily invoice processes, enhanced promotion system by rewriting code for faster processing.

• Developed full-scale Mass Distribution system(Full Life Cycle Development) for clients with banking systems nationwide, this included Interactive Subfiles, emailing capabilities via AS/400, Inventory management, Excel document import(automated), and maintenance interface. • Converted text-based reports to AFP Documents(Reports were developed in RPGIII, RPGIV. • Externalizing O-specs to external print files), which included images, logos, along with a variety of fonts, all residing on the AS/400.
