As a Human and Organizational Development Intern at Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores S.A., I worked with a team that is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs for the company's employees. I use my skills in Microsoft Power Automate, problem-solving, and communication to create and improve processes, tools, and reports that support the team's goals and the company's vision. I now work in the same area, with a slight change in the responsabilities, that are mainly in payroll and the other personnel department routines.Before joining FCC, I had a brief but terrific experience as a HR Talent Intern at Puig, a leading fashion and fragrance company, where I used both my people and analytical skills to support the talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. I also have a background in chemical engineering, which gave me a solid foundation in technical and scientific knowledge and a reference for excellence and innovation. I decided to change my career path to Psychology and Management after discovering my purpose and passion for sharing knowledge and helping people's growth as a Human Resources Director at a Junior Enterprise and a volunteer tutor. I am currently pursuing two bachelor's degrees in these fields, and I am eager to learn and grow more as a professional and as a person.
