Assuming the role of Marketing and Communication Manager at INKEMA, I have undertaken the following responsibilities and tasks: · Development of the company's Marketing Plan in alignment with the company's strategy for both domestic and export markets.· Planning, execution, and coordination of the design and production of sample collections, product launches, catalogs, and price lists, both on a national and European regional level.· Supporting the sales department in customer initiatives and sample management.· Creation and management of the overall communication budget.· Implementation of the company's communication plan.· Organization and management of events, such as trade shows, presentations, promotions, sponsorships, etc.· Formulation and creation of content for various platforms, including the website, social media, email marketing, and newsletters.· Deployment of various digital marketing tools (email marketing, contact forms).· Assistance and management of the SEO strategy (Analytics, content writing, etc.).· Support and management of the SEA strategy.· Formulation and management of corporate social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, MyBusiness).· Planning of advertising in specialized publications (both print and digital).· Distribution and monitoring of advertising materials based on the needs of each department.· Incentive and promotion campaigns for suppliers and influencers: design, management, and monitoring of campaigns.· Presentation of results to the executive team.
